Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds on shipping unfortunately cannot be granted, as we will not be receiving a refund from the USPS for their hard work in carrying packages back and forth between us. Return shipping, unless the item is defective, is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you have received a refund notification but have not seen a refund, please check with your bank and/or credit company, as there may be a delay in processing on their end.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, first send us an email at luksindesigns@gmail.com to determine whether or not we have the item for which you'd like to exchange your purchase, then send your item to: 9 Cleaves Drive Round Pond Maine US 04564. Shipping costs fall on the buyer for return and exchange services.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee any more than the USPS guarantees that we will receive the shipment.
